I am postponing the YTT until the fall...

Building And running a YTT takes a lot of deep nurturing, handholding, patience, and LOVE - I over-the-top-it with my Students/Teachers- I can’t do it any other way!
 
It’s a deep learning immersion where I invite collaboration and individuality, strength and vulnerability, deep wisdom and beginner’s mind (realizing these are not at all Opposites, but in fact complementary…) 
 
In addition- I honor each student’s inherent wisdom AND their capacity to learn and self-study. So buckle-up, buttercup 🙂 !
 
Furthermore- we have decided to simplify our lives and put our home of 20 years on the market in April- a huge emotional deal for me - and I need to be patient and to nurture myself and my family;
 
It’s only taken me 50 years to realize I don’t have to try to be everything, everywhere and all at once 😉

Asana and Sequencing
Deeply explore the poses and sequences that keep you coming back to yoga, for your personal clarity and to graciously teach to others. Remembering that yoga is more than just physical poses, you'll be encouraged to Practice daily. 

TEACH THE STUDENT
How does one teach yoga? How does one touch and assist, speak and listen, move and be still within the classroom. How are classes created, themed, shared and expanded.

NOURISH THE STUDENT
Gain insight into self wisdom and self compassion; Explore the subtle body of energies thru the introduction of the Chakra System,  Chinese Meridians, Crystal Energy, and More.

CALM THE STUDENT
Meditation and Breath Work
Steep in effective meditations and Pranayama / Breath Work practices and experience their effect on modern day minds, thru lecture, reflective journaling and practice, practice, practice.

Mindfulness, calm abiding, loving kindness, tonglen - these simple and beautiful experiences are yours to be learned, practiced and shared. These meditation techniques alone will bring you years of peace and wonder. Meditation is a beautiful gift to share with others, of all ages.

Yin Yoga is sweeping the yoga world - offering a kind and healthy complement to your vinyasa and fitness practice. Practice it weekly to unhinge into a fuller you; learn to incorporate it into your teaching or home practice.

Prenatal yoga fundamentals, Anatomy and physiology. Experience a dynamic workshop with Bec Connant, Leader and Founder of OMBirths
