Receive his teachings of Buddhist Philosophy, to gently pave your path to patience, loving kindness, generosity ease of being for the benefit of yourself and others. Independently, we will study the texts of Yoga Sutras and the eight limbs of yoga; these (“threads”) of wisdom offer guideline for living a meaningful and purposeful life.
NOURISH THE STUDENT.

How should teachers handle issues of fair employment? How do studios operate? How do we deal with others in a professional yet mindful way? And how then do we support ourselves professionally in this world of yoga and meditation for years of optimal health and well being.
How to unfold the peace you experience in your practice to effect your life off the mat. How to not over schedule, over teach, burn out or get dragged down in negative energies. How do you relate to community, friends, family, yoga colleagues, the people that piss you off, the stuff that scares you, that worries you – so that you can lead a full life complete with space and recognition of all the joy, sadness and beauty around us. Additionally – can someone please break down sanskrit words for me? Absolutely. Not to mention the teacher goodie bags we have for you…
What inspires you? Literature, music, art, nature, relationships, food, family, podcasts, tedtalks! The universe of inspiration is vast and rich. We will introduce you to the abundance sources beyond our four walls, and invite you to share your inspirations with us as well.
