SUMMER YOGA!

This is the last two weeks of my 11:30-1 PranaVayu classes
at Empower Studio in North Beverly, and then I kick you OUT of doors to practice!

As you may or may not have experienced – these “accelerated” classes are suitable for all levels.By focusing on either Hips or Spines in a workshop type atmosphere, these 80 degree warm not hot classes help guide you deeper and more comfortably into advancing poses. On a beautiful day we practice with all the doors open! In addition we learn and practice an array of breathing and meditational techniques – laugh and chat a whole lot – and conclude with a guided 10-15 minute savasana (they seem to keep getting longer;). Might I add the alternative soundtrack is pretty cool as well!

SCHEDULE UNTIL MAY 30
Tuesdays 11:30 – 1:00pm
HIPS, hammies, folds, binds and balances…

Thursdays 11:30 – 1:00pm
SPINES, quads, twists, shoulders, wall work…

BEGINNING JUNE 5th
My current Wednesday 6-7:30 pm power class will miraculously transform into
PRANAVAYU | Full Body Flow Practice | 80 degrees warm not hot
Breathe. Practice. Meditate. Repeat.

IN ADDITION- I do plan on teaching over the summer
and have some prime time locations in the works!
