Students will present a pre-approved and deeply researched yoga thesis project in an area of their own interest, including 1:1 advisory meetings and ongoing mentorship with WIlla and JuliannaComplete 10 hours of classroom observation
Teach 3 community classes and attend 2

Deeply explore the poses and sequences that keep you coming back to yoga, for your personal clarity and to graciously teach to others. Remembering that yoga is more than just physical poses, you'll be encouraged to Practice daily.
TEACH THE STUDENT
How does one teach yoga? How does one touch and assist, speak and listen, move and be still within the classroom. How are classes created, themed, shared and expanded.
NOURISH THE STUDENT
Gain insight into self wisdom and self compassion; Explore the subtle body of energies thru the introduction of the Chakra System, Chinese Meridians, and More.
CALM THE STUDENT
Meditation and Breath Work, Willa Worsfold
Steep in effective meditations and Pranayama / Breath Work practices and experience their effect on modern day minds, thru lecture, reflective journaling and practice, practice, practice.
Mindfulness, calm abiding, loving kindness, tonglen - these simple and beautiful experiences are yours to be learned, practiced and shared. These meditation techniques alone will bring you years of peace and wonder. Meditation is a beautiful gift to share with others, of all ages.

Anatomy and physiology with Alicia Malloy
RYT500, BS, MSPT, CSCS and Member Orthopedic Section APTA.
Alicia will teach you how the body is engineered and how it most efficiently functions, thru practice and hands-on experience, so you can understand and teach safe and effective classes, and heal your own body for your life ahead.

SOFTEN THE STUDENT
Yin Yoga is sweeping the yoga world - offering a kind and healthy complement to your vinyasa and fitness practice. Practice it weekly to unhinge into a fuller you; learn to incorporate it into your teaching or home practice. Your lead teacher Willa Worsfold is 200RYT with David Magone and 300RYT Yin Yoga Teaching with Josh Summers and Terry Cockburn.
SUPPORT THE STUDENT
Tara Briggs, one of the North Shore’s most respected teachers and community leaders, brings her deep experience in addiction recovery to this training. She will guide us in cultivating trauma informed teachings with the attitudes, language, and tools needed to navigate life’s challenges with grace and confidence.
MOTHERING THE EXPECTANT MOTHER STUDENT
Prenatal yoga fundamentals, Anatomy and physiology. Experience a dynamic workshop with Bec Connant, Leader and Founder of OMBirths.
